§ Mr. ButlerThe Girls' Training Corps is a voluntary organisation offering girls opportunities for training and service freely undertaken during their leisure time. It constitutes an element in the Youth Service and as such will, I hope, continue to make a substantial contribution to the training of girls on the basis outlined in paragraph 92 of the recent White Paper on Educational Reconstruction.
