§ Colonel StanleyThe Governor recently submitted proposals for increasing the existing war bonus paid to civil servants and teachers in Trinidad. His proposals are now being considered. As regards1862W the second part of the Question it was stated recently in the Trinidad Press that the formation of a council had been sanctioned and I am asking the Governor for a report.
