§ Colonel StanleyI regret that I have so far received no information on the subject further to that given in my reply to the hon. Member for Dewsbury (Mr. Riley) on 14th April. I have telegraphed to those Colonial Governments which may be concerned stressing the importance which I attach to keeping contracts in line with the spirit and purpose of the International Labour Conventions.
