HC Deb 14 April 1943 vol 388 c1234W
Mr. W. Brown

asked the Minister of Supply in which establishments of His Majesty the revision of the rates of pay of book-keepers, agreed with the Civil Service Clerical Association1 on 10th November, 1942, has not been put into operation; and what is the explanation of the delay in these establishments?

Sir A. Duncan

I find that there have been some isolated cases of delay, and instructions have been given for the payments to be made forthwith. I am having the causes of the delay looked into. I am grateful to the hon. Member for drawing my attention to this matter.
