§ Sir J. GriggYes, Sir. Every overseas theatre is supplied from this country with a stock of preserved blood substitute. These stocks are if necessary supplemented by whole blood obtained locally. According to reports from the Middle East and North Africa the present arrangements are entirely satisfactory.
