StraussMy Noble Friend and the local planning authority will be consulted on the location and general planning requirements of any housing scheme which may be submitted for the approval of my right hon. Friend the Minister of Health during the war. The best and most effective arrangements for proper control of the external appearance of the buildings are being considered by the two Departments.
