§ Mr. MabaneFishermen who normally remain at sea for a number of days and nights at a stretch are given the weekly seamen's ration book R.B.6. Other fishermen have the general ration book and may be granted the special cheese ration. If, however, they are at sea for spells of more than eight hours and cannot make use of shore canteens, the crew as a whole may obtain, instead of the special cheese ration, special allowances802W of rationed foods, on the scale applicable to industrial canteens, for the preparation of meals when at sea. When the men are moving from port to port arrangements can be made for them to purchase the food at any convenient point.
