HC Deb 09 September 1942 vol 383 c166W
Mr De la Bère

asked the Minister of Information whether, in view of the interest to the public of Hansard, he can make arrangements to permit of Hansard being procurable at the civil regional offices and sub-offices of the Ministry of Information?

Mr. Bracken

I am afraid that there is no space available in the local offices of the Ministry of Information where the public could read Hansard. And so I think we must rely on the facilities provided by the public libraries. Hansard can, of course, be purchased from the Stationery Office or through any bookseller.
