§ Sir K. WoodDuring the course of the war a large volume of goods which are imported predominantly for Government use have been exempted from duty by Treasury Order. Other goods, whether imported under Lend-Lease arrangements or otherwise, which are liable to Customs Duty, are charged at the statutory rates.
