§ Sir E. Graham-Littleasked the Home Secretary whether he is aware that new methods practised abroad of obtaining finger-prints from dead bodies have proved an important means of identification of persons found dead; and whether he will institute this procedure in this country?
§ Mr. H. MorrisonIt has long been the practice in this country to take the fingerprints of unidentified dead persons, and a number of identifications have been secured by this means. I am not aware of any new technique which has been adopted abroad, and if my hon. Friend has any information on the subject I shall be glad if he will send me particulars.
