§ The Chancellor of the Exchequer (Sir Kingsley Wood)I have now placed a copy in the Library. I regret that the 1235W Statement I made to the House that no copy had been received here was incorrect. Neither the Treasury nor the Bank of England had in fact received a copy, but I find that a copy had been received by the Ministry of Economic Warfare, which had not been brought to my notice.
