HC Deb 01 October 1942 vol 383 c953W
Mrs. Beatrice Wright

asked the Minister of Pensions whether he is now in a position to give more favourable consideration to the case of Mrs. Lock, of Saltash, Cornwall?

Sir W. Womersley

As the hon. Member was informed by letter on 1st September, I have considered this case with the utmost sympathy but, as I am medically advised that Mr. Lock died of a disability wholly unconnected with his war service, I regret that I am unable to make any award to Mrs. Lock.
