Mr. AlexanderThe following uniform is supplied free to sea cadets:
Oilskins are supplied on loan to each unit on the basis of 25 per cent. of the number of cadets borne. Instructional books and such technical equipment as is available from naval stocks are supplied on loan to units. In addition, authority has been given for a sum not exceeding £25 for each unit to be expended on the purchase of stores not available from naval sources.

- 1 pair of trousers.
- 1 cap and cap ribbon.
- 1 blue jean collar.
- 1 silk.
- 1 jersey.
- 1 flannel.
- 1 knife lanyard.
