§ Sir R. Gowerasked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether, as the Trades Disputes Act is unlikely to be modified during the period of hostilities, he will arrange in the meantime to ensure that facilities comparable to those enjoyed by the trade unions in negotiations with the Admiralty are shared by Civil Service organisations representing industrial employees?
