§ Mr. Garro JonesThere are special committees which consider the means of obtaining economy in the use of paper by Government Departments and by other users of paper including statutory bodies. The attention of the appropriate committee has been drawn to the matter referred to by my hon. Friend with a view to inquiries into what economies can be obtained.
