Major Lloyd GeorgeMy hon. Friend is under a misapprehension in assuming that bread was at any time during the last war made exclusively from flour of 95 per cent. extraction. When the change recently announced becomes fully effective the national loaf will be of 85 per1526W cent. extraction, which is somewhat less than the maximum rate of extraction reached in the great war.
