asked the Secretary of State for Scotland how many officers of allied nations are imprisoned in Barlinnie Prison, Glasgow; and have such officers been convicted in a British court of law?

One ex-officer of an Allied force was detained in Barlinnie Prison under Article 12 (5A) of the Aliens Order, but has now been released.
