§ Mr. E. BrownThe cases of diphtheria notified in the county borough of Walsall in January and February of this year numbered 21 and 22 respectively. I am not aware of any abnormal incidence of diphtheria in the county of Staffordshire during the present year: the number of cases notified to date has been only slightly higher than in the corresponding period last year, and there has been no unusual fluctuation week by week.
