Friend's Question I shall consider the advice of the new Youth Advisory Council, which is giving attention to the matter, together with the results of previous registration. As regards the second part, I am aware that in many cases local Sea and Army cadet units have reached their allotted establishments, but new720W units may be formed within the limits of the total establishments allotted to the areas concerned.
