§ Mr. BrackenWe do occasionally allow collections to be taken at meetings organised by the Ministry of Information. But I cannot make any general promise on the subject, since in practice it is very difficult to distinguish between numerous deserving objects and it is not really the purpose of these meetings that they should be the site of charitable collections.
