§ Mr. MabaneBurneys, Limited, were prosecuted at Rochdale on 13th July together with 10 other persons and firms. The summonses related to supplying and obtaining rationed foods illegally and to other offences against Ministry of Food Orders. The persons and firms so prosecuted were convicted, the total fines imposed amounting to £11,200.
