§ Mr. GrimstonThe airgraph service is already available from this country to members of H.M. Forces in East Africa. I am not yet in a position to say when the service can be made available to civilians, but the provision of the apparatus which is required in East Africa for this purpose is being pushed forward as rapidly as possible.
