BrownNo instructions have been given in this matter by my Department to any hospital, but certain recommendations were made to local authorities and to voluntary hospitals in the Emergency Hospital Scheme, in Circular 2407, mentioned by my hon. Friend in his Question of the 19th December. No independent analysis of the bread to be supplied to such hospitals was made by my Department.
