HC Deb 12 February 1942 vol 377 c1592W
Mr. Wootton-Davies

asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury what are the present funds available to the Indus trial Health Research Board; and whether, in view of the importance of industrial health in obtaining maximum war production, he can arrange for an increase in the resources of this board during the war period?

Captain Crookshank

The Industrial Health Research Board is financed by the Medical Research Council out of the general provision made by the Government for the work of that council. I am aware of the importance of the work done by this board but I have no reason to think that it is restricted through lack of funds.
