asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether, in view of the decision not to permit the temperature in Government offices to be maintained above 60 degrees Fahrenheit, he has consulted medical experts as to whether sedentary clerical work can be efficiently carried out for long periods at such a temperature?
