§ Mr. DaltonEstimates of post-war requirements for the Allied countries of Europe have been prepared by the Governments concerned, and are now being co-ordinated by the Inter-Allied Committee, under the Chairmanship of Sir Frederick Leith-Ross. Consultations are taking place between His Majesty's Government and the United States Government as to the best methods of organising relief and rehabilitation.
