Brownasked the Parliamentary Secretary to the Ministry of War Transport in how many cases since the Road Traffic Act, 1930, was placed on the Statute Book he has exercised his powers, under Section 23 (3) of that Act, to hold an inquiry where an accident has arisen out of the presence of a motor vehicle on the road.
