§ Mr. Banfieldasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether he is aware that there are 26 stock exchanges recognised under the provisions of the Prevention of Fraud (Investment) Act, 1939, that certain of these stock exchanges have not been accorded the privileges of Section 42 of the Finance Act, 1919–20, and the Amendment, 1931; and will he state the reason and what action he proposes to take in the matter?
