§ Mr. HicksIt has been decided that, as an experiment, facilities for fishing might be allowed over a short stretch of the Serpentine in Hyde Park. Arrangements are accordingly being made for the amendment of the regulations to give effect to this decision and the revised regulations will be laid before both Houses in due course.
