HC Deb 09 September 1941 vol 374 c43W
Mr. Wootton-Davies

asked the Minister of Pensions whether there is any branch of civil defence work which is not in his scheme of injury allowances?

Sir W. Womersley

The Civil Defence organisations to which the Personal Injuries (Civilians) Scheme applies are set out in the Schedule to the Scheme, of which I am sending the hon. Member a copy, together with a copy of the Explanatory Notes on the Schemes, paragraphs 35 and 36, which give certain additional particulars. I am not aware of any organisations which should be added to the existing list.
