§ Mr. MabaneI have no reason to believe there is any lack of co-ordination between the local authority and the A.R.P. Officer (who is one of their officers) at Scunthorpe. The relationship between local authorities and their A.R.P. 43W Officers is, I think, already fully understood and no further circular instructions are necessary.
