§ Commander King-Hallasked the Minister of Information whether any information has been sent to information committees to enable their members to counter the criticism to the effect that His Majesty's Government should have landed an army in France in order to help Russia?
§ Mr. BrackenLocal information committees have not been given any information on this subject not already available to members of the public. Where they have required guidance to enable them to meet the type of criticism referred to by my hon. and gallant Friend, the guidance given by the Ministry has followed the lines laid down by the Prime Minister in his speeches in this House on the 9th and 30th September last.
