Mr. McNeilasked the Minister of Labour whether he is satisfied with the provision made for canteens in the Lithgow Yard, Port Glasgow; and, if he is not, what steps he is taking to expedite work in this connection?
§ Mr. BevinI understand that one canteen, providing a good meal service for men employed at three yards, has recently been opened and that a second is under construction. The existing canteen is not at present being used to its full capacity.
