§ Sir W. WomersleyI am unable to award a parent's pension in any case where the condition of pecuniary need is not fulfilled. Although at present ineligible for a pension for this reason, Mrs. Malone has established her title, and has been informed that she may apply again if her financial circumstances change for the worse.
