§ Mr. BevinThe Employment Exchange service is available for use by all persons seeking employment whether or not they have been insured under the Unemployment Insurance Acts. Account would be taken of any special capacity for war requirements possessed by the persons whom the hon. Member has in mind; there is no need to set up a special register for this purpose.
