Major Lloyd GeorgeI am not aware of the extent to which arrangements on the lines mentioned are being made by local authorities, but the Ministry of Health, who have been consulted in the matter, are not prepared to recommend their general adoption as the most suitable means of ensuring supplies of oranges to young children.
