§ Sir V. WarrenderAs I informed my hon. and gallant Friend, the Member for Ormskirk (Commander King-Hall) on the 24th July, sea traffic between North Africa and Metropolitan France is liable to British Contraband Control. The same applies to ships trading between Spain and France.
