§ Mr. BevinI have received from the hon. Member a Circular letter addressed on behalf of 186 shipbuilding shop stewards to Scottish members of Parliament regarding wages in the shipyards. An application for an increase of wages was made by the trade unions representing workers in the shipbuilding industry and is now before the National Arbitration Tribunal.
