HC Deb 09 April 1941 vol 370 c1582W
Sir P. Hannon

asked the Minister of Agriculture whether he is calling the special attention of war agricultural committees to the possible havoc wrought by the wire worm in first and second years' cropping of newly broken pasture; and whether the recent experiments which have been conducted to provide remedies against this evil are being given wide publicity?

Mr. T. Williams

The answer to both parts pf the Question is in the affirmative; I can assure my hon. Friend that the widest possible publicity is being given to the results of recent experimental work.
