§ Mr. R. Morganasked the Minister of Labour whether he is aware that, while agricultural labourers are exempt from military service at the age of 21 years; men employed in food processing factories handling the raw product of the farms and manufacturing milk into various products, such as cheese, butter, condensed milk, milk powder, etc., are not exempt until they reach the age of 30 years; and whether, in view of the serious effect of the refusal of exemption to all such employers, he will reconsider the whole matter?
