§ Mr. StanleyLetters or telegrams from relatives to those serving with the Forces overseas are sent through the normal postal channels to the Army Post Office which is responsible for delivery. Details of these services have been issued in General Post Office pamphlets available to the public at any post office, and extracts have been broadcast and published in the Press on several occasions.
