AndersonAny person proved to have participated in a Nazi conspiracy against the security of this country would be guilty of an offence under the Treachery Act and liable on conviction to suffer the death penalty. My hon. Friend may rest assured that I, for my part, should not be deterred by any such considerations as he mentions from taking immediate action, under the powers with which I have been entrusted, to defeat any such conspiracy.
