§ Colonel LlewellinMr. Bennett has been appointed by my Noble Friend as adviser upon any further arrangements which need to be made for the better distribution and dispersal of factories in which aeronautical material is produced. My Noble Friend is satisfied that Mr. Bennett's long industrial and commercial experience fully qualifies him for this task. His appointment is unpaid.
