AndersonThe light from a neighbouring lighthouse would not give hostile aircraft the same assistance as would be given by full lighting of towns in the vicinity; and I therefore could not agree that the lighting restrictions should be relaxed in any coastal area where navigational lights are shown. As regards the last part of the Question, I understand that it has been decided to instal at Swansea the low intensity street lighting which is now permitted under the Lighting (Restrictions) Order.
