§ Mr. ChurchillI am assured that there has been no avoidable delay in making payments for the hire of Clyde fishing boats, but I have given instructions that punctuality must be maintained. Payments on account are being made in all cases, although some of the owners concerned have failed to submit claims. When it is possible to leave behind one of two boats that are accustomed to fishing in pairs, this will always be done.
