HC Deb 06 February 1940 vol 357 cc50-1W
Mr. Leach

asked the Secretary of State for War whether he is aware that despite his assurances on the matter, serving soldiers who object to vaccination and inoculation are still being subjected to improper pressure and actual penalties for refusal; that they dare not make representations for fear of further victimisation; and whether he will take further steps to secure complete immunity for any such cases presented to him?

Sir V. Warrender

I have no information to the effect suggested in the Question.
