asked the Secretary of State for War whether a time-expired reservist above conscription age is eligible for demobilisation until his age-group is reached?

Under the Military and Air Forces (Prolongation of Service) Act, 1939, the term of service of such a man is deemed not to expire until the end of the emergency.
