§ Captain WallaceI have not considered it necessary to set up any special organisation to deal with the repair and garaging of essential road vehicles, but in each civil region a representative has been appointed by the National Service Committee of the Retail Motor Trade who will, if required, be prepared to advise the Regional Transport Commissioner on these matters.
