§ Captain WallaceI am not aware of any proposal to restrict the free choice of methods of goods transport, and no order of the kind suggested by my hon. and gallant Friend is in contemplation. He will however appreciate that the rationing of fuel for road transport may ultimately have the effect of restricting the use of road transport for certain classes of goods.
