§ Mr. Peake:The traffic arrangements at Waterloo Bridge were reviewed as soon as it was clear that the volume of traffic had fallen off, and, after consultation with the London County Council, arrange- 1978W ments have now been made to operate traffic both ways over the temporary bridge as from 8 a.m. to-day.
